Fees

Tax and Business Professionals, Inc., generally charges fees that are based on hourly rates that are lower than those of Newland & Associates, PLC. Tax and Business Professionals provides services only to qualified professionals (attorneys, CPA’s, etc.), who use the services of Tax and Business Professionals in the course of their own professional practices. In most instances, Tax and Business Professionals provides its services either by telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail.

Newland & Associates, PLC, by contrast, is a traditional law firm and is subject to the strictures of the Virginia State Bar Association, including providing required insurance coverage for Client matters.

Because fees change over time and and reflect the nature and complexity of the individual situation, we quote fees only on a case-by-case basis.

We are happy to respond to comments and general questions about our website or the issues discussed in the materials posted on the site. We will charge a minimum fee to a credit card of $50.00 (US) for responding to questions about specific situations. In replying to such questions, we may be limited in what we can do because of restrictions on the unauthorized practice of law. Newland & Associates is licensed to practice law only in the state of Virginia.
