Q: Do you charge fixed fees for handling tax matters?
A: No. The reasons for this are explained in a policy statement (requires Adobe Acrobat®) we give to our clients which refers to a court decision (requires Adobe Acrobat®) that involved one of our clients.
Q: What does it cost to prepare and submit an Offer in Compromise?
A: As explained in the Offer in Compromise Fees, the cost for submitting an Offer varies.
Q: I am a client, but I don't understand why your bills include time for writing memorandums. Why do you do this?

Q: Do you charge for responding to questions about the website?
A: We are happy to respond to comments and general
questions about our website or the issues discussed in the materials posted on
the site. We will charge a minimum fee to a credit card of $50.00 (
