From I-66, Traveling Westbound:  

    ●    I-66 to Sudley Road SOUTH (also known as Route 234 South).  This is the second Route 234 Manassas exit.
    ●    Travel on Sudley Road South approximately 3 miles.  Eventually, on right, you’ll pass Manassas Mall.
    ●    Go through traffic light after the Mall; you’ll see a large car dealership called Millers Toyota Certified Used Cars.  Get into the right turn lane.
    ●    At traffic light at the car dealership, make right turn onto Godwin Road.
    ●    At first traffic light (about 1/4 mile) at the 7-11, make a left onto Ashton Avenue.  You are now in a residential neighborhood.
    ●    Follow Ashton Avenue a short distance.  There will be a Jehovah's Witness church on your left and a small strip mall on your right. Turn left onto Cockrell Road.
    ●    Make a quick right into Ashton Professional Center on Corporate Circle.  Make an immediate left onto Business Way and you will see 9835 Business Way on your right (3rd building on right).
             
OR

 Via the bypass on highway type of road:

    ●    I-66 to route 234 South, Exit 44 ( You can only go South -Do NOT take 234 Business, also known as Sudley Road).  At exit, you are about 5 miles from our office. 
    ●    Route 234 South to Wellington Road (second light; also marked as Route 674).  Turn left to Manassas.  
    ●    Pass through lights at Rixlew Lane and Godwin Drive.  You will see Lockheed-Martin signs on the left and right.  Crossing over railroad tracks look for Ashton Ave. on left.
    ●    Turn left onto Ashton Ave. and immediately cross more railroad tracks.  The Homestead Inn Motel will be on your left, Ashton Professional Center will be on your right. .
    ●    Turn right onto Cockrell Road (short distance).
    ●    Immediately turn right into Ashton Professional Center on Corporate Circle.  Make an immediate left onto Business Way and you will see 9835 Business Way on your right (3rd building on right).

OR

Through Manassas City on local roads:

    ●    I-66 to Centreville exit, Route 28, South (away from Dulles airport).
    ●    Follow 28 South through Manassas Park and Manassas.
    ●    Once you enter Olde Town Manassas, Route 28 South becomes “Church Street.”
    ●    At intersection of Route 28 South (Church Street) and Grant Avenue (Old 234), you are .8 miles from our office.
    ●    Pass Prince William Court House on right; Route 28 South becomes Nokesville Road
    ●    Pass All Saints Church, then Cardinal Bank, on your right.
    ●    Pass a strip mall called Calvary Village (all the stores have red roofs), turn right off Nokesville Road onto Cockrell Street.  
    ●    There will be a 7-Eleven on your left at the corner of Cockrell and Zimbro.
    ●    Continue straight and you will pass Sills Carwash on your left.    
    ●    Turn immediately left into Ashton Professional Center on Corporate Circle.  Make an immediate right and you will see 9835 Business Way on your left.

From Prince William Parkway:

    ●    Go to end of Prince William Parkway; continue straight.  The road narrows and becomes Buckhall Road.      
    ●    Stay on Buckhall Road, which becomes Fairview Avenue.  
    ●    At Metz Jr. High School, Fairview Avenue becomes Richmond Avenue.  
    ●    Follow Richmond Avenue, through the intersection at Route 234 (also known as Grant Avenue).   When you cross Grant Avenue, Richmond Avenue becomes Wellington Road.
    ●    Continue on Wellington Road.  Cross Route 28 (also known as Nokesville Road) and cross over Route 28.  As soon as you pass over Route 28 look for Ashton Ave., the first possible right turn.
    ●    Turn right onto Ashton Ave. and immediately cross the railroad tracks.  The Homestead Inn Motel will be on your right.
    ●    Turn right onto Cockrell Road.
    ●    Turn right into Ashton Professional Center on Corporate Circle.  Make an immediate left onto Business Way and you will see 9835 Business Way on your right (3rd building on right).
